The benefits of journaling

Why is journaling a great habit to integrate in your morning routine?


There is increasing evidence to support that journaling has a positive impact on both your emotional and physical well-being.

Writing regularly in a journal can help you:

  • Gain more insight into your thoughts and feelings
  • Get to know yourself better
  • Reduce stress and other undesirable emotions
  • Get creative about finding solutions to problems

I also journal to keep track of my goals, dreams, and actions. Keeping a journal is a great way to build better habits, as it makes you more aware of your behavior. It helps me in my goal to achieve a healthy mind in a healthy body and to become the best version of myself.

Writing is an important part of my Miracle Morning ritual, and probably one of my favorite activities. I usually write around 10 minutes a day.

The journal in this picture I started in September 2019 and finished in April 2020. I find it very enjoyable to look back on everything that has happened in my life since then.
